Noniin

Cooking book

After studying in Finland, I created a cooking book called Noniin, filled with recipes collected from international students I met while living there. We often cooked together—sharing meals from our home countries—but nobody ever wrote the recipes down. So I decided to change that.

I asked everyone to send me their favorite dish, and ended up collecting over 60 recipes from friends from Italy, Greece, South Korea, and more. I tested every single one—adjusting measurements, simplifying the steps, and yes… sometimes adding a little extra salt. 😉

Once the recipes were ready, I designed the full layout and visual style of the book, combining my love for storytelling, food, and design. I printed a few copies to give as gifts and sell to friends, turning it into a small, self-published project that brought together creativity, culture, and community.
